You don’t want to tell someone what you want only for them to make something completely different. When you have that jewelry designer in mind, begin paying attention to any clues she may have laid down as to what she would like her someday wedding ring to look like. Most women will throw hints that you may not even catch. She may point out a ring in a magazine, she may even point one out on TV or on the big screen. She may even go so far as to leave magazines open around your house showing an advertisement for a ring. It will be so subtle, she’ll leave a half-eaten donut and her coffee on top of it or something, but it’s there. It’s these hints and clues that you should take to your jewelry designer. It’s best not to go too new age as she likely has an image of what she wants and if she’s told you before, even if it’s been subtle, and you get something completely different, she may accuse you of not listening to her. It’s not a good reputation to have when you’re asking her to be your wife.
